Villa Irene, Villa Nicolas, Villa Thalia, Villa Lydia & Pappou΄s house are our five (5) stone-built villas.
Each villa offers accommodation for 2-5 guests, parking area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, a living room and an open plan full equipped kitchen (with oven, large fridge, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee machine, dish washer and washing machine, among others), A/C, free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hairdryer, cleaning service every day and buffet breakfast in the Spilia Village Hotel.
Each Villa also features a private swimming pool in a beautiful and quite garden.
The villas are in a unique, lovely place: You can relax in their shady stone terraces and enjoy the wonderful view of the green plains amongst the olive trees and the citrus orchards.
Close to the villas there are two scenic old churches: Archangel Michael, a building dating from the 5th century, and the old Christian Church of Rotondas, the Grave of the Virgin Mary, built in the Byzantine style of the 14th century, which is one of the finest and most beautiful religious monuments of Crete. It is remarkable that this religious architectural style cannot be found anywhere else on the island.
The location of Villas are excellent for exploring western and central Crete. The villas are also close to all the local amenities. They are in a distance of approximately 25 kilometers from the town of Chania, 30 kilometers from the port of Souda, 37 kilometers from the airport of Chania and only 3 kilometers from the great beach of Kolymbari.
