The living room area with two stone build sofas, a bedroom with a double bed, a small wc as well as a bath with shower are located on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony.

Spilia Village Hotel spreads over 4,000 sq m. The hotel consists of thirty stone-built rooms, each of them uniquely decorated. Four of the suites feature a seating area, and some suites are split-level. There are two superior suites which feature two bedrooms, a sitting area, and a large furnished balcony and one three bedroom Superior Suite.
All the rooms of the hotel have been honorably named after either local place-names or well known people from the village, like “Kseropigado”, “Marathokefala”, or “Anastasakis suite”, “Antonaki΄s house”.
The main building of the hotel, which consists of the reception area and the breakfast restaurant, is contained in a part of the building that in the past was at first a factory and later an olive oil processing plant. Today, the millstones of the plant are the prominent decoration in the reception.
The remaining rooms of the hotel are the carefully restored village houses, dating between the 13th and the 17th centuries, and the buildings still feature their original Venetian arches and exposed wooden ceiling beams.
