Choose from our buffet, several kinds of warm bread, pastries and croissants, all freshly baked and served every morning from 08:00 to 10:30 amongst the unique setting of our Chalara restaurant.

The breakfast features local yogurt and honey, cereals and granola, nuts, fresh summer fruits, and vegetables, boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and sweet homemade cakes. There is also a large variety of cheeses, marmalades, and sliced cold meat in our selection of culinary treats, while beverages such as milk, tea, juices, and filter coffee are unlimited throughout breakfast hours.

Should you wish to have a freshly squeezed juice, an espresso or any other kind of coffee, these can be ordered at our service staff with an additional fee.

Apart from our collection of internationally loved, morning favorites you will be able to find traditional Cretan delicacies prepared with selected, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

The two swimming pools and the Jacuzzi are perfectly lined up with sleek and comfortable sun beds and the pool bar that offers all you might need, from refreshing soft drinks and beers to cocktails or mocktails and from small snacks to a proper lunch meal, can offer you an all day experience without leaving the premises.

Our pool bar and lunch menu has a wide selection and can be served from 12:00 till the late afternoon.

Our onsite restaurant, located in a restored building dating from the Venetian period, brings you into contact with the best of Cretan tastes.

All meals are carefully prepared with local, seasonal products and are served in a more modern way, in a unique environment, where the summer shades that slide through the glass roof top play with the fine architectural lines of the old Venetian stone work.

In all of our dishes we use exclusively, extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, which is produced from our own olive groves.
